Video STreaming problems for us subscribers

We pay a lot of for our subscriptions and more often than not these days.. when members broadcast video, it is plagued with problems for the viewers. I am a network specialist full time, and i happen to have a lot of knowledge about these types of problems because of my job. Just saying.

The video stream portal knocks you out of your selected stream after 15 seconds.
You get an error that says: An Error occurred when viewing a broadcast

The darn thing is, that it happens about 80% of the time, and then about 20% of the time, It works without issue.

The symptoms are not web browser specific. It happens on Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Also, the problems are platform independent... it happens on the ipad or iphone with Safari, Chrome or Firefox. It happens on Windows with any browser.

The problems clearly point to your video servers.

I do not use a firewall or other proxy or filtering involved. This clearly points an MenNation.com OR Tsdates resource issue.

So, near as i have been able determine, this website needs the following:

1. Are you encountering DoS (Denial of Service ) attacks in their many forms?
Perhaps someone is targeting your servers - a competitor, or some other group of bad actors.

2. Are your video broadcast servers short on resources to process all the viewers?
For example, do you servers need more memory, cpu, disk..

Perhaps you need more servers or faster servers with more resources to process all the traffic , memory, more CPU, or perhaps more network bandwidth?

Time to invest in better infrastructure, bigger network pipes? Perhaps your upstream provider sucks and they throttle your traffic resulting in TCP resets?

Perhaps nobody competent is minding the shop (I am sorry to say this, but a competent network admin can keep things running well). ? If you had someone competent, and they had adequate funding detect and resolve, then you would not be subjecting your faithful subscribers these constant nagging problems. This is NOT the way to run a business. Perhaps MenNation.com or TSDATES just doesn't care , and you figure you can provide a lacking service to your customers/subscribers. If so, you will be losing business to another service that does care about subscribers.

Look, I don't know what's going on, but if it doesn't get fixed, I won't be renewing, and lots of my friends I have met on here are echoing the same dissatisfaction.
You need to get this fixed. I get paid a lot of money to fix these type of problems, so I know what I am talking about. Your servers are issuing resets to subscribers TCP connections. It might simply be a bug... I don't know - but it can be fixed.

Additionally, You are violating your terms of service , because you claim to provide live web streaming for viewers, but it does not work for the viewers who have paid subscriptions. The Answer, of course, is to fix it , or you are vulnerable a class action suit from your subscribers. This is not simply a service issue, but a real business issue for you.
