 But sending the new card is hard. Silly sods. Still haven't received my new insurance card, the bill for the monthly payment has no problem arriving. Typical. I'll wait till after the mail arrives today before going over to pick up the meds waiting for me at the Pharmacy. If the card doesn't come today the Pharmacy tech will just have to look up my info on the computer with the assistance of that silly letter they sent me telling me that they'll be sending the card.

My doctor's office sent me a letter yesterday letting me know that because of a schedule change my appointment for October has been canceled and I'm to call them to reschedule. Oh what Joy. I love running the hurdles on their phone system just to get to talk with a real person. Not. Of course I got the letter at five yesterday after the office has closed for the weekend. Why they didn't just send me a text or call ( the office number is programed in to my phone so I know when they are calling, So I don't think it's a spam call. ) More than likely one of the appointment clerks used their personal phone to make the calls, so I probably disregarded it thinking it was spam. ( they've done that in the past then chastised me for not answering their call ) Like how am I to know right?

A bowl of Peaches and Cream oatmeal for dinner last night. It seemed weird having that for dinner. But when I saw it sitting there in the cabinet I said yeah.. that's what I want... It was great , hit the spot and filled my belly. I don't eat breakfast often, mainly on the weekends only, when I have the time to eat , not having to rush off to work and all. So the oatmeal has been sitting in the cabinet for some time to say the least. Funny I can't even remember when I bought it and put in in there. I've always liked oatmeal, the lumpier the better. My go to breakfast growing up.

Any who, not much to write about, and time for me to hop into my shower....

 Hope your card comes soon Hun. I had to get a new one and it took 6 weeks.. I have no had Oatmeal in a long time but it is very filling. Have a good one Hun.xoxo

No it does not .. but then I'm used to waiting for things. The shower was good thanks for inquiring about it. Though it might have been better to have showered with someone.

Hope you enjoyed your swim! Me I never cared for swimming in the ocean, too salty. Having to shower off afterwards is a pain. I've swam in the Atlantic and the Gulf, but prefer the great lake at my back door.

I love breakfast for dinner. It's usually the only time I eat breakfast foods

Pretty much my sexy friend. I think they take classes in how to pains in the ass in medical school. Breakfast for dinner is a reality for me when the pantry is bare ..
