Hello bloggers

Hello blogland! Blogging is not new to me on the site, I just took a long break. I found

that I miss the mental stimulation of reading other blogs and writing my own.

For me, life has taken several major turns in the past few years. Plenty to write about

for sure. Life has taken me from the midwest to Nevada, California and back to

Nevada in 3 years. In that time I have had 5 different jobs and have done 3 full moves.

Holy fuck right? I like Vegas though and feel good about the upcoming year on most

Fronts.

Vegas is fun. Living and working here is border line bizarre though lol. I have

lived in a large city in the past but the skyline was not nearly as iconic. Away from the

Strip, life is normal though. But on any given day, that one area is packed. We are

Enjoying the weather, food and entertainment the city has to offer. The Sunday

brunch buffet is a decadent pleasure I find hard to resist. I may only weigh 145 with

a brick in my pocket, but I can eat me some breakfast lol. If you are visiting and want a

Recommendation just let me know . The off strip casinos are more laid back and I

find that I am drawn to them more. A buffet with a players card is like 12 bucks.

The food is good enough as it is hard to fuck up breakfast and they have bacon lol

So it is an easy choice for brunch. I have to laugh at my. food choices though. Sushi

and Pancakes? Hey people eat chicken and waffles so why not 😆. It is no wonder I

am hungry for a day and a half after going.

I am looking for some friends in the area. I don't meet anyone at work as all of my

coworkers basically only speak Spanish. It is awkward and I plan to learn some basic

Spanish just to be able to chat. I have met some great people on the site and hope to

meet even more.
