What can I say... I'm a chubby delight. The Spawn was digging through the coat closet yesterday and happened upon an , pink fleece that I used wear.... Once upon a time. "Why have you been hiding this from me??" "Oh, I forgot I had that. That is so ... I used love that coat." "It's cute!! Did this FIT you???" Her brow was furrowed, totally not believing I could have ever fit into such a tiny jacket. "I wasn't always the cubby delight you see before you now, you know." I could see the wheels in her mind twirling as she came to the realization that I could have possibly looked different at in my past. "I don't know if I'd go so far as call you a delight..." What a stinker! She's totally got my personality. Poor .... "Now you know why you aren't my favorite ." "I knew it!!" Happy Thursday! |

I can’t say I’ve had the struggles with weight. I have a high metabolism, so even though I can destroy lots of calories, I’ve only put on about 15-20 pounds since high school, and am pretty fortunate that way. But, I know people who have to work a lot harder to not have issues run through most of their lives. Sure, the visual element of appeal is something ingrained in our biology, but the way you relate to a person is so much more than that. Beyond the actual fucking part, when you’re relaxing together naked in between pleasure sessions, if you like cuddling, spooning or other forms of canoodling with each other, makin’ out, talking or whatever, what does the rest of it matter? Enjoyable is enjoyable. Or, “delightful”, as the case may be ...  Yes, the Spawn sounds like she can be a real peach, sometimes.  But, when kids have kinda only known you “one way” for the cognizant part of their lives ... ? Perhaps the ones who have a little more imagination can consider something other than what they’ve explicitly known.So long as you are happy and don’t have health matters dominating your life, then you get to do what you want. And, if somebody can’t see the person, then you probably don’t have to deal with somebody who is likely superficial about lots of other things, too.

i'm glad you were able to get professional help! i'm the only chubby person in my thin family. it comes up ALL the time with. my mom. she usually buys a 20lb bag if rice so she prefaces my weight on how many bags of extra rice i am carrying around. i try to limit being around her. because my weight always comes up!

Egad when I had to down size when I sold my house I was de-clothing the back closet and lo and behold I found a dress I kept from my modeling days. Yes a size 6 and like the line in McArthur's Park I'll never see that again. Even the cats walked out of the room when I folded it up

Oy! My son, [the Man-child], told me when he was in high school and came across an old pic of me, "You were hot once, Mom, now you're not!" Aren't children grand?!

my size chart has been from a 4-18+. once i'm at 18+ i go the elastic route and try not to think about it... i'm currently at 16 but not filling out the way i used to. so the ass and boobs aren't as big as they were. for a long time i kept a brooks brothers business jacket in a size 4. i need to give that away.
